SJ300 series adopts the advanced Hitachi peed sensor free
vector control technology to control the efficient high torque
operation.
■The starting torque is over 200% at 0.5Hz.

■The rotary speed fluctuation is greatly reduced
to improve the stability and precision.
■The torque is as high as 150% at approximately 0Hz.
The secondary driving motor of SJ300 has 150% high torque
at approximately 0Hz., which can be utilized with the ON/OFF
actions of brake to achieve better performance.
■High Torque Multi-Motor Operation
SJ300 can efficiently control two motors simultaneously, while
traditional speed sensor free vector control technology is
effective to one motor.
(Notice: The model and capacity of the two motors should be
the same.)
■Online/Offline Automatic Motor Parameter Setting
The automatic setting of vector control parameters can be
done online or offline conveniently.

2.Input/Output
Function
■Input/Output Function
·Intelligent input/output terminals, allowing leakance/source
logic selection;
·Except for the FM terminal, SJ300P adopts analogue current
and voltage AM and AMI terminals as the standard configuration.
The ‘secondary frequency converter’ can directly receive
the analogue output from the ‘primary frequency converter’
as its frequency instruction to realize follow-up control.
·The auxiliary speed input can be generated from attached
analogue signals, and the attached analogue signals can be
input as auxiliary speed.
■Operational Parameter Setting of the Third Motor
SJ300 can set the operational parameters of 3 electric motors,
which is applicable to the control of multi-motor system with
conversion method.
■ON/OFF of Fan
The cooling fan works when the frequency converter works,
and it stops once the converter stops. The design prolongs
the life of the cooling fan, and eliminates the fan noise
when the frequency converter has no load.
■PID Operation
PID operation can simplify the system, and save the cost of
unnecessary PI controllers. The design is very helpful in
some applications, for instance, the constant voltage control.
■Frequency Conversion Rate Display
The rate of frequency conversion can be displayed with the
conversion factor.
■3-Wire Function
‘ Self-lock’ of starting signal, no external equipment is
needed.

■Dismountable Cooling Fan and DC Bus Capacitor
The cooling fan and DC bus capacitor can be easily dismounted
on site.
■Dismountable Control Circuit Terminal Blocks
The control wires needn’t to be reconnected when SJ300P is
replaced.

■EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) Filter
The EMI filter is in compliance with EMC (EN61800-3) and low-voltage
standard (EN50178).
■Reduction of Noise from Control Power Source
The noise terminal voltage of control current is improved
to 20 dB(μV) to reduce the noise of sensors and other peripheral
facilities.
